Caroline Sieber était venue à Londres pour travailler comme comptable. Passionnée par la mode, elle tombe dedans par hasard en rencontrant Anna Wintour, qui séduite par son style, la prendra sous son aile en 2005, et l'introduira au sein du jury du gala du Costume Institute, sorte de sésame fashion outre atlantique.
Depuis, Caroline Sieber a arrêté la finance, et a trouvé sa place dans le milieu de la mode en étant styliste (elle a relooké Emma Watson entre autres), ambassadrice de quelques marques de luxe comme Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld et Vuitton plus récemment)...
